Kerri Russo is an educational consultant, former school psychologist, and founder of Regulate to Educate. With more than 20 years of experience supporting students, educators, and school communities, she specializes in helping schools create emotionally safe, connected learning environments through practical, research-informed emotional regulation strategies. Kerri partners with districts to provide engaging professional development, coaching, and consultation that equips educators with tools they can use immediately. She is also a doctoral candidate in Educational Leadership, with research focused on how school leaders implement and sustain emotional regulation practices to improve school culture and student success.
