As a Crew, my entire staff have been meeting weekly to connect and create a caring and inclusive work environment by sharing values and consistent routines. I will share my ideas and experiences that you will be able to bring to your students, classroom, and/or schools Learning

Target #1: I can use team building, group problem-solving, or other collaborative activities to foster a strong sense of community Learning
Target #2: I can use Crew routines that build a culture and community in my classroom Learning
Target #3: I can create Crew activities reinforcing the Habits of Character and/or academic mindset Learning
Target #4: I can give students an opportunity to practice empathy, integrity, respect, and compassion as part of Crew activities
